The QATAR FINANCIAL CENTRE AUTHORITY has named two new non-executive directors. Jacque Aigrain, who is currently chairman of London-based clearing house LCH.CLEARNET, and Arnab Banerji, chairman of London-based COLLABRIUM CAPITAL, which manages an emerging market equity fund, have both joined the board.
