OAK HILL ADVISORS has hired Declan Tiernan as a client coverage specialist to market the firm and its funds to investors in the UK and Europe. Declan moved from UBS, where he was an MD responsible for structured credit syndication across Europe. He is currently on gardening leave and due to join OAK HILL in July.
