LAZARD has appointed Richard Parsons to its board, four months after he ceased to be CITIGROUP’s chairman and a member of its board . He is currently a member of the COUNCIL ON JOBS AND COMPETITIVENESS for the US OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, senior adviser to PROVIDENCE EQUITY PARTNERS, and serves on the boards of ESTEE LAUDER and MADISON SQUARE GARDEN CO.
