RBC Capital Markets loses head of European electronic trading team

RBC CAPITAL MARKETS has let Marc Zuccaro, the head of European electronic trading, go as part of a wider restructuring of its equities franchise. He was MD and head of electronic trading for EMEA, but, apparently, is still in consultation with RBC about another possible role at the bank. The change is partly the result of the decision to merge its cash equities franchise with its electronic trading group to form a single execution business. Marc joined RBC from LEHMAN BROTHERS in September 2008, where he spent over seven years in various electronic trading roles.
