The UK TAKEOVER PANEL has appointed five new members for its legislative committee. These include: Jonathan Bloomer, who was CEO at PRUDENTIAL and who is currently CEO of pensions insurer LUCIDA. Joining him are Guy Elliott, CFO of mining firm RIO TINTO; David Graham, who is global head wholesale legal at NOMURA; Richard Murley, an executive VC of ROTHSCHILD’s global financial advisory division; and Trelawny Williams, the global head of corporate finance at FIDELITY INTERNATIONAL.
