Fabrizio Freda (president and CEO of THE ESTÉE LAUDER COMPANIES) and Jessica Einhorn (former dean of the PAUL H NITZE SCHOOL OF ADVANCED INTERNATIONAL STUDIES at THE JOHNS HOPKINS UNIVERSITY) have been elected to BLACKROCK’s board of directors. Jessica joins immediately, while Fabrizio joins in October taking the board's membership to 19 - including 13independent directors.
