BNP Paribas to halve employee bonuses for 2012

BNP PARIBAS has revealed that it will nearly halve employee bonuses in 2012 in comparison with the amounts it paid in 2011. This reflects a decline in its performance during 2011. The plan is to cut bonuses paid to its employees worldwide - mainly in investment and corporate banking - by 52% to €489 million.
