Like GOLDMAN SACHS last week (see our newsletter of 1 June 2012), the ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND shareholders have endorsed the bank’s remuneration report. More than 99% of RBS’ shareholders voted for the UK bank’s remuneration report and a proposed share consolidation.
