Nomura boosts compensation for senior executives by 79%

It has been revealed that NOMURA has boosted the compensation package for its senior executives, with average pay rising 79% on an annual basis. CEO, Kenichi Watanabe, and five other executives at the Japanese bank earned an aggregate ¥965 million in compensation during the last fiscal year, compared to the ¥899 million awarded to the investment bank’s ten top managers during 2010/2011.
