VTB CAPITAL has hired Maxim Oreshkin as chief economist covering Russia. He will report to Alexey Moiseev, who is head of macroeconomic analysis. Most recently, he was head of the research department at CRÉDIT AGRICOLE. Maxim has also held senior positions in the research departments at ROSBANK and the CENTRAL BANK OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION.
